Overview Nursery Manager role at Thrive Childcare and Education. We are looking for an experienced manager to join our Corner House Trafford Park team and provide high quality childcare to the local community while overseeing the day-to-day operation of the nursery. Responsibilities Provide high quality childcare to children aged 0-5 years. Over-see day-to-day operations of the nursery to the highest standards. Lead and develop a team to deliver outstanding care and education. Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and EYFS framework is implemented. Engage with families to support children’s development and wellbeing. Essential Criteria Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (as recognised by the DfE). At least two years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within an early years setting. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures. Ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. Benefits Earn an extra £200 per month through referrals.
