This position is ideal for someone who is looking to work within a growing team with in a company that prides them self in delivering their works directly, in preference of sub contracting the works out. The company carries out a mixture of both planned and responsive repairs. This particular role will include working with in the planned works department.As part of the Capital Works/Planned Maintenance team, you will be involved in a variety of projects, including:Full bathroom replacementsDisabled adaptations, including wetroom installationsGeneral plumbing works in occupied propertiesKey ResponsibilitiesCarry out plumbing and related multi-trade works in both domestic and commercial propertiesEnsure high-quality workmanship in bathroom replacements and wetroom installationsWork within a team to complete planned and responsive maintenanceMaintain a professional approach when working in occupied properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residentsAdhere to health and safety regulations and company proceduresEssential RequirementsExperience in working in occupied properties is criticalProven experience in multi-trade plumbing (including wetroom and bathroom installations)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamOwn van is preferred for the initial 12 weeks (not essential)Full UK driving licenseBenefitsFull-time, permanent position with all the benefits of a valued employee, including:Company van, uniform, and fuel cardCompetitive salaryAccess to training and career development opportunitiesPension scheme, holiday allowance, and other employee benefitsHow to ApplyIf you are an experienced multi-trade plumber looking for a new challenge in central Cornwall, we'd love to hear from you.
