This is a unique and pioneering role for a spiritually grounded and musically skilled pastor, with a passion for intergenerational worship and experience in growing, pastoring and releasing teams and leaders. First and foremost we are looking for someone with well developed interpersonal skills across generations, an ability to facilitate the church in worship and in its reaching and discipling of young people and young adults. We are looking for a skilled pastor and team leader with a passion to see people of all ages encounter Jesus but with a specific skill set around engaging younger generations in and through worship, music and production. St. Swithin's is a resource church in the Diocese of Lincoln planted 10 years ago in partnership with HTB. It is a city centre church with a local church plant, St. Faith's.
