We're looking for someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and inspire and nurture a team to be at their best every day. You’ll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration. What you will be doing Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents Manage the safety and supervision of night staff Ensure your team is supported and has guidance throughout their shift Administration of medication to residents Liaise with external medical professionals and the residents’ families Ensure care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South values Make a Real Difference Every Day Everyone working at Care South is dedicated to providing the best quality care to all our residents.
