Qualifications You are a passionate Hair & Beauty educator with: FE Teaching experience A teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed) or willingness to gain one Industry experience in Hair & Beauty Strong leadership and communication skills A commitment to equality, innovation, and continuous improvement IQA or assessor qualifications A Level 4+ qualification in Beauty Therapy or relevant industry experience Bonus Points If You Have: Management experience or qualifications.
