In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' Salesforce instances by promptly resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, and addressing defects. You will play a key role in maintaining platform health through proactive monitoring and impact assessment of Salesforce updates. Your ability to develop changes will further contribute to enhancing our clients' Salesforce experience.Connect to your skills and professional experienceYou'll have strong Salesforce technical skills including a number of the following:Experience in onsite technical roles on at least two full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations, with strong expertise in at least three of the following areas/modules:Sales CloudService CloudHealth CloudEducation CloudNon-profit CloudCommerce CloudExperience CloudMarketing CloudData CloudHands-on experience in one or more Salesforce native programmatic development capabilities such as Apex and LWC.Knowledge of software development life cycle and release management approaches on the Salesforce platform including the tools available such as SFDX CLI, VS Code, GIT version control, CI/CD, test automation and scratch orgs.Experience with declarative development techniques and how to effectively apply them. Including but not limited to flow builder, process builder, approval processes, custom objects, validation rules, formulas, and Data Loader.Relational databases concepts and data modelling.Knowledge or experience with these would be an advantage:Experience integrating and leveraging DocuSign e-signature solutions within Salesforce.Experience implementing and configuring Conga Composer for document generation and automation within Salesforce.Experience building, deploying, and maintaining Heroku applicationsExperience developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions using TableauExperience with Shield or similar encryption/tokenisation technologyExperience communicating directly with end users and resolving incidents within SLAConnect to your business - Technology and TransformationDistinctive thinking, deep expertise, innovation and collaborative working.
