OverviewRetail Driver - Stockton - £13.73 p/hr* + Enhancements at Retail & Asset Solutions LtdLocation: StocktonResponsibilitiesOversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region.Work on different retail customer sites and stores; travel will vary shift-by-shift. Certain locations may provide minibus transport.Follow the correct processes when notifying your count team of pick-up points and timings for each shift.Escalate vehicle issues in a timely and efficient manner.Complete a team attendance sheet detailing expected attendees, arrival times, and driver details.Ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner while on site.Be able to stand for prolonged periods; use equipment as needed to reach high stock.Key Skills / ExperienceWill involve unsociable hours (early mornings or night shifts); applicants must be 21 or older.Full Driving Licence required.Can-do attitude with the ability to work long shifts on large counts; quick learner due to changing technology.Stock handling experience is an advantage but not essential.Salary & BenefitsSalary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + EnhancementsLocation: Stockton8-10 hour stock count shifts + driving time paid + bonusCompany minibus provided; driving time paid; holiday payStream wage access to track, save and access up to 50% of wages before paydayEligibility for quarterly bonus (criteria applies)Vehicle provided (8-Seater Minibus)Expenses paidProgression opportunitiesGenerous holiday payPension contributionThe CompanyWe are a leading provider of Retail stocktaking, merchandising and supply chain management services.With over 3500 employees throughout the UK, we offer a hardworking and rewarding workplace with progression opportunities.The RoleWe are looking for a Retail Team Driver to join our existing team.This role will oversee transporting a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region.Employment will be at different retail customer sites; travel will vary by shift.
