OverviewRole: Inbound Sales Advisor (Customer Care Specialist)Location: Hybrid from Alcester near RedditchHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8 hours shifts between 8am and 7pm, one weekend in every 5Since 1989, we have supported adults of all ages to maintain their independence and stay in the place they know and love. We operate with family values at our core and have supported over 60,000 families across 140 branches plus our Support Office in Alcester, Warwickshire. We are looking for experienced and self-motivated Inbound Telesales Advisors to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.As an experienced Inbound Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You will provide expert advice about what type and level of care would be perfect for them, working in a friendly team with a high-performance culture.
