Requirements for the role:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), equivalent or similar
Level 3 or higher in Education
2+ years’ experience within schools.
Ability to support with teaching, lesson planning, and 1:1 pupil support.
Excellent behavioural management with pupils aged 5-16
Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Highly desirable skills:

Knowledge of current primary curriculum and assessment practices.
Creativity in lesson delivery to engage and motivate pupils.
Confident in leading a classroom and engaging with students.
Organised and able to prepare engaging resources.
Adaptable, reliable, and professional.
Competent in using ICT and online learning tools.
