Facilitate in‑person and remote workshops to foster innovation and clarity. Collaborate across disciplines, managing product development within budget and time constraints. Apply strategic frameworks like OKRs to set and achieve clear, impactful objectives. What You Bring Proven experience in a product owner or delivery‑focused role, with a proven track record of delivering complex products. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address delivery challenges and navigate ambiguity effectively. Resilience and adaptability to lead in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to build and influence relationships across all levels. Strategic thinking and the ability to align product and delivery efforts with organisational objectives. Skills and Behaviours A strong desire to balance product strategy, Agile facilitation, and team management while driving measurable outcomes. Proven ability to inspire and motivate cross‑functional teams toward a common goal. Collaboration skills to manage the dual‑track nature of Scrum Master and Product Owner responsibilities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
