Join our Power Transmission and Distribution team as a Site-Based Senior Project Manager and be a key part of delivering complex, meaningful, and impactful projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, management, and delivery of major projects spanning the Teeside area. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of the project, contributing to the future of sustainable energy infrastructure in England & Wales. In return we offer you Competitive DOA Excellent benefits including Site Allowances, Company Car, generous bonus and Subsistence Allowances (Subject to T&C’s of role) What you will be doing (Responsibilities) Prepare both internal/external reports and liaise with stakeholders Ensure reports provide relevant information which enables decisions to be made which are informed, cost effective and in line with overall strategy Lead a relentless focus on Zero Harm & keep up to date with changes in legislation Develop, implement and update resource allocation plans (OBS) and raise appropriate requests Develop high performing diverse teams, promote a pipeline of talent and assist with internal training through supporting, guiding, motivating and empowering the team.
