Construction Project Delivery Manager Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services About Us Custom Solar/Mitie designs, builds, and operates innovative energy solutions for industrial, commercial, and public sector customers. We integrate technologies such as rooftop, car park canopy, and ground‑mounted solar PV systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and more to maximize customer benefits. Location & Work Mode Hybrid working: primarily remote with occasional site visits. Employment Type Full‑time, Permanent. Key Responsibilities Pre‑contract activities and design review. Supplier selection and procurement collaboration. CAPEX validation and milestone input. Project performance monitoring (time, cost, quality, safety). Stakeholder liaison and timely issue resolution. Safety First culture and CDM compliance. Customer relationship management and expectation handling. Budget, variations, and change request management. Risk mitigation for safety, budget, time, and quality. Real‑time programme maintenance and contractual obligation fulfilment. O&M transition coordination. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience as Construction Project Manager. Formal CDM training and experience. Track record managing energy, civil, and/or M&E projects. HSSE legislation and construction standards knowledge. Project programming skills. Willingness to travel extensively. Engineering qualification (Degree/HNC) or equivalent.
