As a Accreditation & Certification Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all external accreditations, certifications, memberships, and compliance platforms across the organisation. This role ensures that all company credentials remain current, accurate, and aligned with client, industry, and regulatory requirements. Acting as the central point of coordination between departments, the postholder will support audit preparation, evidence collection, renewal submissions, and continuous improvement of accreditation-related processes. The Role Accreditation & Certification ManagementResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate all company accreditations, certifications, and memberships including (but not limited to):ISO Standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), Achilles UVDB B2 Verify, PAS 2030/38, Constructionline, BESA, SafeContractor, SMAS Worksafe, CQMS, CHAS, Builders Profile, Acclaim, RESET Compliance, CEA, ADE, UKDEA and others.Manage renewal schedules, ensuring all certifications remain valid and compliant.Maintain accurate records and databases of all certifications, evidence, and submission deadlines.Act as the main point of contact for certification bodies, scheme assessors, and compliance platforms.Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Client ComplianceComplete and maintain PQQs for clients and frameworks, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.Upload and update documentation on online compliance platforms such as Constructionline, CHAS, Achilles, and others.Liaise with Work Winning, Customer Care, and SHEQ teams to gather required information and evidence.Documentation & Evidence ManagementEnsure all documentation (policies, insurances, risk assessments, training records, etc.) is current and uploaded to relevant portals.Maintain a structured digital library of accreditation evidence, ensuring version control and accessibility.Support the Quality Manager with internal and external audits by preparing supporting evidence and compliance data.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline certification processes and reduce duplication of effort across departments.Support the development and implementation of process improvements in document control and compliance tracking.Provide regular reporting to management on accreditation status, renewals, and compliance performance.QualificationsProven experience coordinating accreditations, certifications, or compliance documentation (ideally in construction, engineering, or facilities sectors).Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple deadlines across different accreditation schemes.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams) and online certification platforms.Clear written and verbal communication skills.DesirableKnowledge of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).Experience with Achilles, Constructionline, CHAS, and other contractor accreditation systems.Familiarity with PQQs and client compliance documentation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
