They are an easy going firm but work hard. As part of a small team they rely on each other, so a team player is essential. A degree is not essential and if you are a structural cad technician who can do some calcs/wants to progress to an engineering role you can certainly be considered.Ideally you will have 2-4 years + of structural design experience in a buildings design practice. Future prospects for promotion and progression within the practice are excellent as a Director will be looking to retire in the not too distant future so would suit an ambitious person.
