Create magnificent cocktails and drinks while delivering high levels of service Ensure the bar area and tables are set to the correct standards and remain clean at all times Work across all areas of the bar Drinks and food service, cocktail preparation To have a strong menu knowledge and being able to make recommendations What are we looking for in a Mixologist?
