Location: Cardiff
Salary £28,000-£29,500 basic (DOE & accreditation)
OTE: Additional £5,000 (CX + service plan bonus)
The Role
A customer-focused Service Advisor is required to join a busy dealership service department. You'll manage service bookings, communicate clearly with customers, and help drive customer satisfaction and service plan sales.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, manage bookings, and handle inbound enquiries
Explain recommended work and associated costs in simple terms
Liaise with technicians to ensure jobs progress efficiently
Promote service plans and other value-added products
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores
Resolve customer queries professionally
Requirements
Previous Service Advisor experience (VAG accreditation desirable)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to upsell service plans
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident working in a fast-paced service environment
