Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Flexera LeadPay up to £68,517 plus 28.97% employer pension contributions, hybrid working, flexible hours and great work‑life balance.We are looking for a talented Senior Infrastructure Engineer with experience in the Flexera FlexNet Management suite to lead our Flexera Engineering Team.What skills, knowledge and experience do you need?Significant experience designing, implementing and managing a Flexera on‑premise installation including agent rollout and integrations with multiple technologies, including Kubernetes deployment in AKS and EKS.Evidence a strong track record in designing and delivering infrastructure services and solutions, working within a hybrid server estate including multiple Operating Systems such as Microsoft Windows Server, multiple Unix or Linux distributions and containerised platforms.Demonstrate significant experience in providing specialist technical support and assistance to projects, ensuring definition and delivery of requisite non‑functional requirements to architectural and roadmap developments.Exhibit significant experience managing, supporting and mentoring the development of team members to successfully deliver high quality outcomes that meet the customers’ needs and provide value for money.Be able to show significant demonstrable experience of using multiple scripting languages across different operating systems including the deployment of Infrastructure as Code.Demonstrate significant experience of effectively communicating at different levels, across support and engineering, business users, architecture and suppliers.Your roleYou'll be part of the Enterprise Tooling Team, working on tools that keep our services running smoothly for millions of people across the UK. In this role you will be the go‑to expert for Flexera FlexNet Manager Suite, designing and delivering new services, keeping everything stable and resilient, and helping us get the most out of our infrastructure.
