Role Description We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a stunning new hotel opening in Belfast in 2026, seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Hotel Financial Controller to join the pre-opening team. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the unique opportunity to help shape the financial foundations of an exciting new addition to Belfast’s hospitality scene. In this role, you will lead and manage all hotel financial operations, including preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate accounting records, monitoring budgets, and overseeing financial compliance. You will play a key role in guiding strategic financial planning, analysing costs, and supporting the senior leadership team to achieve commercial success. Working closely with department heads, you’ll help ensure smooth operations, strong controls, and a financially sound launch for this new property. We’re looking for someone who brings: Previous Hotel Financial Controller experience - will consider a strong assistant level seeking to step up.
