Coffee Bar Supervisor - Canary Wharf £17.19 per hour We're looking for a confident, personable Coffee Bar Supervisor to lead our busy weekday coffee bars in the heart of Canary Wharf. What you'll do: Lead and support the barista team, creating a positive, collaborative atmosphere Maintain high standards of service and product quality Work confidently with digital systems and POS tills Ensure smooth daily operations, from opening routines to stock control Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience What we're looking for: Strong communication and people skills Barista training and hands‑on coffee bar experience Experience using digital POS tills A natural team motivator with a calm, confident presence Coffee certification is a bonus, but not essential Perks: On-site gym access Daily lunch provided Secure cycle racks Monday‑Friday schedule (no weekends) If you're ready to take the lead in a vibrant coffee environment, apply today.
