They act as our main touchpoints with our ever‑evolving consumer base. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will lead your team in delivering the highest level of customer service, ensuring the store is visually distinctive, and driving sales growth in a competitive retail environment. Responsibilities Lead the store teams to generate sales, profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience while maintaining visual distinction and impeccable store standards. Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration. Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for the sales floor and back room. Work alongside the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication and understanding between VM and store teams. Partner with the store management team to build business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives. Focus staff on the importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring accountability in building a repeat customer base and providing spirited service. Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs; evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels. Communicate to the Store Manager what drives sales and discuss any issues or priorities in order to develop strategies that maximize business, ensuring weekly visual presentation action plans. Analyze store‑level reports and create action plans to improve results. Assist with manpower planning, identification, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes, recruiting store personnel with a broad range of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds. Work with the Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions, including possible successors. Participate in weekly management meetings alongside other staff meetings. Communicate clear store and individual sales goals and other key performance expectations; provide guidance on what is needed to improve performance. Provide a great customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery shop results. About You Connect to consumers and have a proven track record in supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand. Have previous people‑management experience and act with purpose to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements. Be an effective communicator with the ability to cultivate belonging. Collaborate to win and recognize and celebrate the contributions and achievements of others. Be courageous in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change. Adapt quickly and work with pace. Be energetic and inspire trust, showing a clear presence on the shop floor.
