Job Description Job Title: Water Treatment Pre-commissioning EngineerLocation: Oxford, South CentralSalary / Benefits £22k – £40k +Training +BenefitsLevel of Experience: Trainee Water Treatment Pre-commissioning Engineer through to Lead Water Treatment Pre-commissioning Engineer Profile: Our client is an established and reputable Legionella company with a strong and continuously growing presence within the North West. They are now seeking to employ a hardworking and competent Water Treatment Pre-commissioning Engineer based in and around the Oxford area. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within the Water Treatment industry, working in line with BSRIA standards to undertake Pre-Commissioning cleans on LTHW and CHW systems, flushing of primary / secondary systems. Applications will be considered from: Whitney, Bicester, Didcot, Newbury, Swindon, Andover, Tidworth, Basingstoke, Camberly, Farnborough, Aldershot, Farnham, Bracknell, Winchester, Eastleigh, Southampton, Fareham, Portsmouth and areas with good access to the M4. Experience & Qualifications Will have a proven track record of working for an established Water treatment industry, undertaking pre-commissioning works. Will have excellent working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety / BSRIA guidelines. Will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Competent in using PDA systems to produce detailed reports. The Role Carrying out Pre-Commissioning cleans of LTHW and CHW systems in line with BSRIA guidelines. Carrying out flushing of primary / secondary systems and fan coil units. Checking water flow rates and velocities. Sampling water systems and testing of water qualities. Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety / BSRIA guidelines. Working from drawings and site plans.
