Bank Catering Assistant Bath & North East Somerset Council is looking for creative, enthusiastic, and flexible Catering Assistants to work across our two sites in Bath and Midsomer Norton on a bank/casual basis. Shifts are not guaranteed and may include day, evening, or weekend work. Responsibilities Assist with transportation and delivery of food from the kitchen to care homes. Wash and dry catering equipment and crockery. Support the team in serving food and drink to service users and visitors as directed. Clean dining and kitchen areas. Set up dining space for each service. Ensure sufficient supplies of clean crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are available. Communicate effectively with care staff, service users and visitors. Act as a proactive team player, working independently when required.
