Duties of an CNC Maintenance Technician
As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising our multi-axis CNC technology. Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on our CNC systems.
* Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues to minimise downtime.
* Conducting repairs and ensuring equipment operates efficiently.
* Collaborating with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
* Assisting in the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.
Requirements of a CNC Maintenance Technician
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Apprenticeship trained ideally with both electrical and mechanical qualifications.
* Proven experience in maintaining multi axis CNC technology.
* Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical components.
* Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities.
The CNC Maintenance Technician role is commutable from Coleshill, Curdworth & Sutton Coldfield
