The Role: Deliver engaging and high-quality Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for Key Stage 5 if desired Inspire students through hands‑on experiments, enquiry‑based learning, and real‑world scientific contexts Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, promoting progress and achievement Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, assessment, and enrichment activities Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture where Science is celebrated and valued Ideal Candidate Profile: Holds QTS, QTLS, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics, or the ability to teach across multiple disciplines Demonstrates excellent classroom management and a passion for engaging students of all abilities Committed to professional growth and evidence‑informed teaching practice A reflective and collaborative teacher who contributes positively to the wider school community Applications are welcome from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
