Markets Summer Analyst - SilverTide Financial Join to apply for the Markets Summer Analyst role at London Finance and Business Union (FBU). We are partnering with GW Aspire (recruiter) to help recruit driven individuals to join SilverTide Financial as 2026 Markets Summer Analysts in their London office. SilverTide is a leading provider of buy‑side brokerage services to some of the world’s largest hedge funds. Their proprietary software empowers portfolio managers to make better trading decisions by delivering differentiated trade ideation, optimisation, and execution tools. Operating across New York, London, Dubai, and Geneva, SilverTide sits at the intersection of technology, finance, and macroeconomics, helping global investors navigate interest rate markets with precision and insight. Joining SilverTide offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure to interest rate derivatives trading, macroeconomic analysis, and the fintech innovations shaping modern financial markets. What you'll do: Conduct research and generate trade ideas using SilverTide’s proprietary software Analyse market trends and assess the impact of macroeconomic policies on interest rate products Support execution and pricing processes, engaging with market makers and client trading teams Prepare and present trade ideas to internal stakeholders and clients Collaborate with senior mentors to develop insights and refine analysis Other ad hoc duties as required What we're looking for: Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with high attention to detail Effective verbal and written communicator, confident in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment A self‑motivated, curious individual with a genuine interest in financial markets and fintech innovation Ideal candidates will be graduating in June 2026 or 2027 What you'll gain: Training in interest rate derivatives, including swaps, swaptions, and OTC instruments Practical understanding of macroeconomic policy and market dynamics Experience using industry‑leading fintech analytics tools for trade discovery and optimisation Mentorship from senior leaders, including the CEO and Head of Sales Exposure to a fast‑paced, collaborative environment within a growing fintech firm Real‑world experience in sales, trading, and market research applicable to careers in finance and technology Seniority level Internship Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Events Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
