Key Responsibilities Completing snagging and finishing works across plots Working through joinery-based snag lists Assisting with final handover preparation Ensuring high-quality workmanship to meet site standards Following all site health & safety procedures Requirements Valid CSCS Card Previous experience on new build housing sites Own tools and PPE Work‑based reference required If you’re available and interested, please get in touch.
