You will be expected to assist the Team Manager and Head of Service by providing support and guidance to colleagues across CYPS in promoting collaboration, strong practice and positive change. Experienced in undertaking project work to support quality and performance improvement including service evaluation. Able to work with the teams Audit Co-ordinator to develop and maintain effective systems to collect, record and monitor information to drive continuous improvement.
