This role is ideal for a nurse with strong respiratory knowledge and experience managing chronic respiratory conditions.**Key Responsibilities**Supporting consultant-led respiratory clinicsConducting respiratory assessments & clinical observationsManaging patients with conditions such as:AsthmaCOPDBronchiectasisInterstitial lung disease (ILD)Post-COVID respiratory complicationsPulmonary fibrosisSupporting respiratory tests including:Spirometry (if trained)Peak flowFeNO testingProviding inhaler technique training & patient educationSupporting smoking cessation adviceMonitoring oxygen saturation & escalation where requiredCoordinating follow-up appointments and telephone/virtual clinicsAccurate documentation in hospital EPR systemsWorking collaboratively with Consultants, Respiratory Physiologists, HCAs & AHPs**Requirements****Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required)**Minimum **1 year experience** in Respiratory, General Medicine, or Acute CareExperience with spirometry or inhaler education is beneficialStrong communication and patient support skillsConfident working independently within busy outpatient settingsAbility to manage complex respiratory patient needsYou must live in the UK and have the right to work in the UK**What We Offer**Competitive NHS-aligned payFlexible outpatient clinic shiftsWeekly payrollFast-track complianceDedicated consultant support**Location:** Mid / South Wales (NHS Outpatient Clinics) **Contract:** Locum / Temporary / Permanent **Employer:** *SJK Healthcare*
