Care Assistant (Nights) – Brimington Care, 73‑77 Manor Road, Brimington, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S43 1NN Apply for this job Responsibilities Caring and supporting our amazing residents in their journey with Aurem Care. Providing personal care, social support and creating impactful and heart‑warming memories. Ensuring the needs of our residents are met through the use of our electronic care platform "Nourish". Working within a committed team. Demonstrating positive caring values in all aspects of practice. Performing any ad hoc duties to meet service delivery for our residents. Qualifications Enthusiastic about providing care. Great values and compassion for supporting people. Experience is an advantage, but not necessary as full support and training will be provided. Ability to work well as part of a team and independently, showing creativity and passion for the work you do. Great communication skills. Ability to follow and prioritize tasks and responsibilities. Engage well with people supported in their continuing interests and supporting positive experiences. Benefits Night shifts on offer. Full or part‑time. Hourly rate: £12.21 per hour. Flexible hours 22, 33 or 44 hours available per week, inclusive of weekend work (bank options also available). Hours: 7pm - 7am. 28 days annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata for part‑time contracts). Life insurance. Free DBS (T & C’s apply). Free or discounted meals. Free parking. Company pension.
