Deliver one-to-one small group interventions to help pupils achieve their individual learning goals. Use a child-centred approach to promote engagement, independence, and positive behaviour. Assist with personal care and ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils. Adapt resources and activities to meet the needs of learners and create an inclusive classroom environment. Possess a DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one). Be adaptable, patient, and committed to helping every child succeed.
