We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Corporate Actions Manager to join our Corporate Actions team. This role is located in Manchester, UK – HYBRID (4 days a week in office). Responsibilities Manage a large, or multiple, Corporate Actions team(s) responsible for providing corporate action-related custody and accounting processing. Ensure adequate staffing allocation, performance and personnel management of the team. Develop and manage policies and procedures and written supervisory procedures. Monitor the workload of a large, or multiple, Corporate Actions team(s) to ensure daily tasks are completed timely and in compliance with department procedures. Review files for completion and compliance with execution of risk controls. Coordinate with internal departments and external sub custodians, custodians, depositories, agents and brokers to ensure that daily work meets organizational standards. Ensure the team is equipped to operationalize and attain team objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience in financial services or corporate actions is preferred.
