OverviewA growing Lloyd’s Broker is seeking an experienced IBA professional to join them as their IBA Manager.ResponsibilitiesSupervising a small team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the IBA function, including reconciliations, settlements, credit control, and insurer payments.You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. FCA CASS rules) and internal controls while supporting the wider finance function.Experience in processing bordereau entries, LPANS and Lloyd’s / Xchanging processes.Experience in process improvement and automation work desirable.QualificationsExperience in an IBA / credit control / accounts role within an insurance broking or MGA environment with strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements, particularly CASS rules.Excellent reconciliation skills.Experience in processing bordereau entries, LPANS and Lloyd’s / Xchanging processes.Experience in process improvement and automation work desirable.As true market specialists we work in partnership with our candidates and clients, delivering unrivalled market knowledge and insight.
