Field Sales Representative, Central Birmingham - 6 Month FTC Location: Central Birmingham Contract Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract Salary: £29,033 per annum Benefits: Company car and fuel card, iPad and iPhone, pension plan, share plan, volunteering days, holiday + bank holidays, flexible benefits, training and development. About Your Role As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. You will interact with independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes, promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives. Qualifications & Skills No experience required – we provide full training and support. UK driving licence or equivalent; eligibility to work in the UK; living within a 60‑minute commute from the role location. Influencing and negotiation skills; experience driving positive outcomes and securing sales through commercial, fact‑based conversations. Experience handling products, point of sale or equipment in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in digital technologies such as iPhone and iPad to support sales activities, communication, and reporting. Strong ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets. Capacity to grow business through digital engagement and technology to enhance customer relationships. Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively. Compensation & Benefits Base salary of £29,033 plus a bonus of up to £8,000 (OTE).
