What You’ll Do Lead Audits – Take ownership of audits for Mid‑Market, SMEs and privately owned businesses, delivering accurate, compliant and high‑quality work. Build Relationships – Develop strong client connections, acting as a key contact to resolve queries promptly and ensure billing runs smoothly. Ensure Excellence – Oversee audit delivery to agreed timescales, ensuring standards, procedures and quality expectations are consistently met. Coach & Collaborate – Mentor and support audit assistants and seniors, reviewing work, giving feedback and guiding them through fieldwork. Leadership Experience – Ability to take the lead on external audits, you’ll supervise and coach junior staff. Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of UK GAAP (FRS 102), IFRS, and the Companies Act.
