A beautiful purpose built care home specialising in Elderly, Dementia and General Nursing Care. This home has a fantastic reputation for the care and support they offer not only their residents but also their staff. Part of a small charity with a focus on person centred care and creating a home from home environment. This is an opportunity not to me missed.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse Qualified with a valid NMC pin
- Good knowledge of the most up to date clinical practices.
- Experience in infection control, moving and handling, wound care and drug administration.
- Good Communication Skills
