Some of what you can expect to be doing includes:Keep production moving with proactive and reactive maintenance activitiesPut forward ideas for continuous improvement and longer term solutionsContinue to develop your skills, knowledge and understanding of machinery onsite and new equipmentHave a strong focus on Food Safety and Health and Safety in your ways of workingRecord and report information to be able to provide information to your internal stakeholders and to help to drive improvementCommunicate well with production and other stakeholder to build good relationships and provide a good customer serviceThe Ideal CandidateWe believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives. As a valued member of our team, you will bring the following skills and experience:Must have an Electrical qualification at level 3 NVQ, equivalent or aboveWill have experience of fault finding both with and without drawingsWill have relevant experience of working within a manufacturing environmentWill have good knowledge of electrical control panels, inverter drives and pneumatic systemsWill be able to use your initiative, keeping stakeholders informed.We also want you to thrive in an engaging and inclusive work culture where you will have the opportunity to take on personal accountability and take pride in your work.
