The role:

This role would suit someone looking for an opportunity to take the next step in their career, with exposure to a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. No two days are the same, you will be working with a wide range of clients including companies, partnerships, charities, healthcare, and agricultural clients. Matters include succession planning, asset and business sales, M&As, re-organisations, partnerships, shareholder agreements and investments.
