From Modern Workplace Solutions, M365 Device Security deployments, to Server deployments, you will add to our pool of knowledge and deliver great results for our clients, helping them elevate their security and modernising their business operations.As a Professional Services Engineer, you’ll be playing a vital role within the Professional Services team to ensure the successful execution of the Company’s business mission through delivery. You will play a crucial role in our projects, working across the project lifecycle: onboarding clients, protecting and securing their data, proposing and implementing the most suitable solutions whilst ensuring customers are satisfied with everything Access deliver.Ultimately, you will be a person our customer’s trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to help them improve their business operations.Day-to-day, you will:Provide technical knowledge into designing and recommending the most suitable solutions for our customersDesign, plan and execute customer deliverables using Best Practice methodologiesResponsible for implementing and deploying full technical solutions, e.g. M365 deployments, Modern Workplace, SharePoint and Exchange Migrations, networking & connectivityLead and take ownership of all technical aspects of customer engagements and implementations, working with a Project ManagerDevelop solution requirements and estimated level of effort in project scoping, supporting our Pre-Sales and Sales teamsBe an escalation point within our internal Technical Escalation processYour skills and experiences might include:IT project delivery experience - Previous experience of working for a Managed IT service providerExperience of administering and supporting the latest Microsoft technologiesExperience of administering or supporting the latest Network and Infrastructure technologiesWorking to ITIL standards, including Change ManagementA current, valid driving licenceYou will also need delivery experience or exposure of the following key technologies:Microsoft 365 (e.g. experience of SharePoint, Exchange, Intune Deployment, Conditional Access, Autopilot, MEM, MDM, Backups)Microsoft Active DirectoryWi-Fi deploymentsMicrosoft Windows Server Operating SystemsMicrosoft Exchange ServerFirewall & router configuration (desirable)Switching and routing including VLANs and networking technologiesRouters command line configurationThe Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
