Construction Lawyer - Senior Associate - 4-8 PQE - BristolLocation: Bristol (other office locations considered)Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week (flexible working options available)Salary: £90,000 plus, with benefitsPQE: 4-8 yearsChadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a leading UK law firm, currently seeking a Senior Associate to join their highly rated Construction team in Bristol.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Top 50 firm with a strong reputation for excellence in transactional construction work. The team advises a broad client base including public bodies, developers, purchasers, and contractors, and is involved in some of the most complex and high-value projects in the market.The RoleYou'll work closely with senior colleagues and clients on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters, including:Drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and related documentationAdvising on procurement strategies and project structuringSupporting clients through the lifecycle of major developments and infrastructure projectsManaging multi-party interests, including funding arrangements and project finance-led structuresCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to experienced construction lawyers with a strong transactional background. We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:4-8 years' PQE in non-contentious construction lawExperience gained at a national, regional or City firm, or in-house with a major contractor or public bodyStrong technical expertise and commercial awarenessExcellent communication and client-handling skillsA confident, personable approach and collaborative mindsetLocation & Working ArrangementsThis is a hybrid role, offering a mix of office and remote working. While the role is primarily based in Bristol, other office locations may be considered for the right candidate.
