Due to current business requirements, this well‑established and fast‑growing asbestos company, that provides a broad range of asbestos services to clients, is actively seeking an Asbestos Administrator/Project Co‑ordinator to join their busy office/team in and around the Dartford area. The successful candidate will have experience undertaking day‑to‑day administration duties such as entering data, writing, checking and uploading reports, scheduling site staff and booking works. Candidates from Orpington, Bromley, Sidcup, Aylesford and the surrounding areas will be taken into consideration. Qualifications Experience working within either an asbestos removal or consultancy setting. Strong asbestos administration background. Experience within project coordination. Proficient in Microsoft Office and good typing skills. Good command of English – both written and verbal. Professional telephone use. Good communication, client‑facing, and people management skills. Key responsibilities of the role Assisting the Manager with day‑to‑day duties. Managing projects with regards to asbestos works. Allocation and booking of work for the asbestos surveyors/analysts. Entering data, analysing, checking, and uploading reports. Liaising with clients and dealing with any issues appropriately. Assisting with project coordination. Handling invoices, timesheets, and all other associated paperwork. Carrying out any other admin duties as required.
