Join to apply for the Payroll Administrator role at Ardent Advisors. Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience. Location: Harefield. Responsibilities Processing both weekly and monthly payroll (rotated amongst the team) Input/upload data relating to employee payments and deductions for both weekly and monthly payrolls Issuing tax forms (P45's) Handling enquiries from employees Reconciling deductions and completing third‑party payments Submitting statutory returns (EPS/FPS) Monthly and weekly reconciliations Qualifications & Skills Excellent organisation and communication skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines Ability to summarise and interpret complex information for a diverse audience Experience in manual calculations for PAYE, NI, pension and statutory payments for checking & verification Work with accuracy and an eye for detail, with a meticulous, systematic approach to problem solving A proven track record in a high‑volume payroll environment is highly desirable Experience with Resource link / Zellis, MS Office, Excel (V‑lookups and pivot tables) beneficial Company Every day we work smarter, greener and use our imagination.
