The company deliver high quality residential developments and have a strong pipeline of sites across the West Midlands.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious health and safety professional who wants to develop within a structured, supportive environment while contributing to safe delivery on busy housing projects.ResponsibilitiesSupporting site teams across active housing developments, ensuring compliance with company H&S procedures and UK legislationEngaging with Site Managers, subcontractors, and trades to embed strong safety behaviours day to dayDelivering inductions, toolbox talks, briefings, and supporting incident investigationsCompleting regular site inspections and audits, identifying improvements and reporting findingsWorking closely with the regional H&S team and Construction Managers to continually improve safety performance across all sitesThe ideal candidateExperience in a health and safety role within construction & housing environmentA minimum of the NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalentConfident communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with site teamsA proactive, solutions led approachWhat’s in it for youThis role offers full autonomy and the freedom to run your own diary, giving you complete control over how you plan your week across sites, home working, and time at the office.
