Our client is a dynamic and fast-paced company seeking a dedicated Administrative and Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Cheltenham as a Contracts Administrator. Their mission is to deliver exceptional customer service and meet contractual obligations with precision and care. Key Responsibilities:
- Fully support the Project Management Team in a demanding role.
- Ensure high levels of customer service both internally and externally.
- Assist in managing client, customer and contract needs.
- Monitor, review and control individual property requirements.
- Plan and schedule appointments for surveyors.
- Ensure surveys are returned and queries resolved.
- Assist in planning and scheduling appointments for installations.
- Ensure all paperwork is received and logged correctly.
- Raise purchase orders as necessary.
- Assist with property recalls and allocation of engineers.
- Update the business tracker and provide progress reports.
- Assist with KPIs.
- Liaise with clients and customers to address and meet their requirements.
- Deliver continuous improvement in service to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Adapt to the changing demands of the business and support other operations as needed.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications and in-house systems.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Basic numeracy skills.
- Confident and experienced administrator.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated and able to drive forward initiatives.
- Develop, establish, and maintain a work priority system.
- Build good working relationships with other departments and third parties.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about learning new skills.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment.
