At Hibernian FC, the passion starts long before kick-off, in the kiosks, bars and retail spaces where thousands of supporters begin their matchday experience This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves football, thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments, and wants to make a real impact in the heart of a historic Scottish club What you’ll be doing… As a Venue Bars and Retail Manager, you'lllead these key areas of the stadium and help deliver an unforgettable experience for every supporter who walks through the gates. Managing the day-to-day operations of kiosks, bars and retail concessions across Easter Road Leading, motivating and developing the team on matchdays and non-event days Overseeing stock management, ordering and merchandising to maximise sales Ensuring top-tier customer service and smooth, efficient operations Maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and food hygiene Working closely with the hospitality and events teams to deliver brilliant fan experiences Using performance data and insights to continuously improve operations Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days What can you bring?
