Consultancy Research Manager

Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a Consultancy Research Manager on a permanent contract to strengthen the team at its Barbour ABI business.Barbour ABI powers the UK built environment with the best intelligence to help our clients grow. You will be contributing to a variety of projects, while developing your skills and reaching new levels of expertise.Key AccountabilitiesDeliver research projects including market sizing, brand positioning and market scopingConduct primary research (surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews) and secondary research (data gathering, company/product analysis, official statistics)Lead research projects end-to-end: client briefings, methodology design, fieldwork, analysis, and reportingManage client relationships and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and within agreed timescalesBalance multiple projects concurrently, applying strong project management skillsInterpret quantitative and qualitative data to deliver actionable insights and recommendationsProduce high-quality reports with attention to detail and impactful delivery of findingsRequirementsExpertise in quantitative, qualitative, and secondary research techniquesExperience managing market research projects, including client management, time management, and report writingSkilled in questionnaire design, sampling techniques, and data interpretation (Qualtrics experience preferred)Strong analytical skills, including market forecasting and data analysisAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFirst-class report writing and presentation skillsPassion for the built environment/construction sector (desirable but not essential)Organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with excellent communication skillsBenefitsHybrid working for everyone3pm finish on a Friday25 to 30 days holidayDay off for your birthdayPurchase extra holidaysVolunteering daysPension and Life AssuranceGreat company culture that offers professional development, training and regular social eventsOur Foundations and ValuesAt Infopro Digital, we are driven by core values such as entrepreneurial spirit, constant customer focus, promoting diversity, striving for significant impact, and a collaborative culture.
