As a leader, at the helm of all centre operations, you will own the execution of a clear strategy for centre growth, foster a high‑performance team culture, and regulate processes to lay a strong foundation for growth. What You’ll Do Use a variety of KPIs and performance measures to diagnose what your centre needs to continuously improve and create a clear plan to achieve short‑term and long‑term performance goals. Inspire and motivate the Education Centre Supervisor and team of tutors to succeed in their role and unlock their individual potential. Take a proactive and bold approach to safeguarding the members in your care, ensuring the centre complies with Ofsted and company safeguarding requirements. Diagnose opportunities to grow centre membership and increase profitability, improving the centre’s local reputation by engaging key community stakeholders and leading sales and marketing events. Tailor customer journeys with educational recommendations from prospect to member, ensuring they make great progress and you deliver exceptional service. Starting Salary £31,250 – £33,750 per annum, depending on experience. Centres in the London area receive an additional uplift of £1,000–£3,500 due to London weighting. Contract Full‑time, permanent contract. Working Hours Tuesday: 11 am – 8 pm Wednesday: 11 am – 8 pm Thursday: 11 am – 7 pm Friday: 9 am – 6 pm Saturday: 9 am – 5 pm Eligibility & Sponsorship Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is required. We are not able to offer sponsorship. Additional Perks 27 flexible holiday days plus extra gifted time off between Christmas Eve and New Year. 3 paid days for personal or religious celebration, wellbeing or a volunteer day. Additional holiday time based on length of service. Potential to earn an additional £1,250 twice a year based on centre performance.
