Job Description We have a full-time vacancy for an experienced 2‑7 years PQE UK Solicitor to join our clients highly regarded Commercial and Corporate Finance Business team. This has the potential to be an Associate position, depending upon the experience of the successful candidate. The position is based in Essex and, subject to work commitments, there will be the opportunity for some working from home, if desired, in line with the Firm’s working from home guidelines (which allows up to 3 days a week). You will be part of our multidisciplinary Business Team and demonstrate an aptitude for corporate and commercial work. The role will be focused on the following: Share sale and purchases Asset sale and purchases Management Buy Outs Employee Ownership Trusts Demergers Share reorganisations Shareholder agreements Share buy backs Employee share schemes Joint Ventures Partnerships LLPs Corporate Governance Directors Duties The Candidate The successful candidate will have proven capability in handling a busy caseload, whilst all the while delivering excellent customer service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
