You will also cover another site in Sedgefield on occasion (with use of onsite van for travel between sites)These responsibilities will include:Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service.Provide a service that ensures all electrical equipment is running to optimum performance.Emergency 24-hour call outs, 1 week in 670% electrical work, 30% general maintenance workThe Company:Our client is a global leading FM and property management provider, with over 1000 offices worldwide.
