Job Title: Graduate Town PlannerLocation: The Meadows, CamberleyBrand: BoyerSalary: Competitive Salary Package Job Summary And Key ResponsibilitiesBoyer (part of LRG) is excited to open our application process for new Graduate Town Planners to join each of our offices, based in Cardiff, Colchester, London, the Midlands and Camberley, from September 2026.We are looking for candidates with a passion for town planning and a demonstrable commitment to the profession and your career development. You should ideally have an RTPI Accredited undergraduate/postgraduate degree in town planning or a relevant discipline. You will also ideally be able to demonstrate relevant work experience, including placements and internships.If you join us as a Graduate Town Planner, we will commit to closely supporting your career through our bespoke graduate programme. This will include Dedicated mentoring throughout the programme (and ongoing throughout your career); An Individual Development Plan to identify key objectives and goals; A minimum of 20 hours of training/CPD each year (in various forms); Support and mentoring to help you obtain professional membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
