The company provides a professional and collaborative environment for its employees.ResponsibilitiesFault findingAble to work under pressure and to deadlinesAdhere to all policies and practices as requestedWork on ovens, mixing bagging and slicing machinesIdentify parts that are worn or broken to replace with Miller's core suppliers, ensuring comparable specificationsHands-on approachMulti-skilledDaily checks and maintenanceWork independentlyCommunication with other staff membersPreventive maintenanceOrganised & proactivePoint of contact for contractors when they arrive on site, sign in, complete inductions, health questionnairesFollow up work planning with production, keeping recordsKeeping up to date with health & safetyDocument new procedures and schedulesProfileA successful Multi-skilled Shift Leader Engineer should have:Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related technical fieldExperience in managing maintenance operations within a property environmentProficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systemsStrong knowledge of health and safety regulationsProven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities effectivelyExcellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challengesJob OfferA competitive salary of approximately £49,500 to £60,500 per annum.Generous holiday leave and a comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.Potential for professional growth and development within the not-for-profit sector.Join a respected organisation in London and make a meaningful impact as a Multi-skilled Shift Leader Engineer.
